Psychology of Working Theory has emerged as a major framework within work psychology over the last 10 years. The theory is unique in its focus on structural and psychological constructs that shape access to decent work. In the current symposium, a series of presentations will document recent extensions of the theory to unique populations, incorporating new predictor and outcome variables, and broadening its application to policy.
