We introduce the ICUP Model, developed through the International Collaboration on Undergraduate Psychology Outcomes (ICUPO) project. Created through extensive collaboration among 120 psychology educators from 47 countries, the Model comprises 24 competence statements across seven categories: two core competences (Psychological Knowledge; Research Methodologies and Methods) and five Psychology-relevant competences (Values and Ethics; Cultural Responsiveness and Diversity; Critical Thinking and Problem Solving; Communication and Interpersonal Interaction; Personal and Professional Development). We give a brief overview of the background to the ICUPO project, and of its inclusive methods. The Model aims to guide curriculum development while remaining adaptable to diverse national and institutional contexts.
