In this presentation, we describe the processes and outcomes relevant to the
International Collaboration on Undergraduate Psychology Outcomes (ICUPO) project's
ongoing stakeholder engagement and dissemination activities. These include conference
presentations, meetings with psychology organizations and education leaders, social
media outreach, a dedicated website, and scholarly publications. These multifaceted
strategies are critical for promoting widespread awareness and informed adoption of the
ICUP Model across diverse educational settings. We also preview findings from
ongoing international survey research exploring students' and educators' perceptions of
the ICUP Model and the extent to which undergraduate psychology currently address
the ICUP competences. Further, we provide an overview of educational resources
developed to support curriculum renewal in both local and national contexts. These
resources should assist institutions to develop ICUP competences in a practical and
contextually relevant manner. We illustrate how the model has been adapted and applied
across various national and institutional settings, highlighting its flexibility and
relevance. Finally, we outline the next steps in the ICUPO project, focusing on
expanding adoption of the ICUP Model, enhancing the quality and consistency of
foundational psychology education, and building global capacity through competence
based teaching. Our goal is to develop globally informed, culturally responsive and
psychologically literate graduates who are well equipped to meet contemporary
challenges.
