This roundtable convenes past and current leaders of the International Union of Psychological Science (IUPsyS) to reflect on the evolution of psychology as a truly global discipline. Panelists will examine the historical foundations of the field, current trends and challenges, and emerging opportunities for international collaboration in research, education, and practice.

In a world that increasingly requires a compass to uphold human rights, equity, and dignity, the session will explore psychology's critical role in promoting social justice, ethical conduct, and the well-being of diverse populations. Participants will engage in a forward-looking dialogue on how the global psychology community can foster integration across methodological, theoretical, and cultural perspectives, building a more cohesive, inclusive, and impactful discipline capable of addressing pressing societal and global challenges.
