Mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, and relapse, significantly impact individuals' well-being and resilience. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) has been shown to enhance emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal functioning. Additionally, structured exercise interventions consistently yield positive psychological health outcomes. However, the combined application of DBT and exercise interventions is still largely unexamined in practical settings. This highlights a need for further exploration into how these approaches can be integrated to optimize mental health treatment.
