Background: Psychological associations play a historical role in enhancing the institutional status of psychology, both through their human resources (organizing professional practice and mobilizing generations and professional cadres in the field) and their material resources (through the preparation of regulations and systems that help organize professional practice and promote continuing education programs, in addition to
organizing conferences and seminars, supporting the writing and publishing of books and research, as well as enhancing the exchange of expertise with regional and international associations of psychology and providing valuable professional and reference consultations).
Objective: This exploratory study aims to identify the reality of Arab psychological associations and the challenges and Obstacles they face. Methodology: This is a descriptive and analytical study that relies primarily on qualitative research methods and is based on archival data collection. Study tool: A questionnaire designed according to the study's objective and reviewed by a group of professors with expertise and experience
in Arab associations. Expected results: the results will be of great benefit to the reality of scientific research and provide researchers with a reliable database that reflects the challenges and Obstacles facing the future of psychological association activity. Conclusion and recommendations: The paper will provide valuable insights into the current state and future of Arab psychological associations and propose valuable
recommendations aimed at helping to reduce obstacles and increase opportunities for development and advancement of psychological sciences in the Arab Region.
