This presentation will showcase the experience of the newly established bachelor's degree in psychology at the Faculty of Psychology of Universidad CLAEH. The program has been explicitly designed in alignment with the International Declaration of Core Competencies in Professional Psychology and the Sustainable Development Goals, integrating ethical responsibility, social relevance, and interdisciplinary approaches into its curriculum. It also highlights the direct alignment of its curriculum with UNESCO's Recommendation on Education for Peace, Human Rights and Sustainable Development.
The presentation will highlight how global frameworks are translated into concrete curricular decisions, learning outcomes, competency development, and professional identity formation.
