COST Action LeverAge is a European-wide collaborative network that brings together experts from diverse fields and sectors to study the various psychological and organizational aspects of work and aging. Short-Term Scientific Missions (STSMs) are crucial in fostering collaboration, knowledge exchange, and skill development among researchers across Europe and beyond. These grants allow researchers to engage in hands-on experience, share expertise, and strengthen partnerships within the LeverAge network. By facilitating international mobility, STSMs contribute to the advancement of research on work and aging, enabling deeper insights and innovative solutions.
