As artificial intelligence (AI) continues to transform workplace dynamics,
AI chatbots are increasingly being integrated into professional
environments. An AI chatbot is a computer program that uses artificial
intelligence (AI) to simulate human-like conversations, either through text
or voice interactions. These chatbots leverage natural language
processing (NLP) and machine learning to understand and respond to
user input in a way that feels natural and contextually relevant. In the
workplace, AI chatbot can assist in meetings, generating reports, and
streamlining workflows. It can provide data-driven insights and
recommendations to employees to facilitate decision making. This study
explores the evolving relationship between human employees and AI
chatbots, focusing on the psychological, cognitive, and organizational
implications of this interaction. Human-AI chatbot interaction records
from an IT company will be analyzed. Event-contingent Experience
Sampling Methods will be also used to sample employees' experiences
in collaboration with AI chatbot.
