Abstract text:

In this study, we used a BOT to communicate with the employee and
give instructions, either according to the paradoxical leadership
behaviors or ambidextrous leadership behaviors. It is a two-step task
consisting of generating creative ideas for using a drone, and the second
half of the task is to develop a detailed plan for utilizing the drone.
