The presentation will examine how adolescents' potential can be identified and cultivated as a pivotal force for social innovation and global well-being. It will position adolescents not merely as learners but as active change-makers, while outlining strategies to foster their intellectual, emotional, and ethical capacities through role modelling, reflective practice, and mentorship. By envisioning a society where the optimization of human potential is embraced as a collective norm, the session will suggest pathways for reconceptualizing adolescent development not as preparation for competition, but as preparation for equity, compassion, collaboration, and cultural acceptance. The discussion will propose a Four-Layer Adolescent Nurturance Framework, moving from potential toward human excellence.
