 A Professor of psychology at a European university, this panellist has been active as a Consultant for more than 25 years, being involved in numerous projects, with many of these related to test adaptation projects, globally. Actively involved in the leadership of the International Test Commission, EAWOP, and a division of IAAP, research interests focus on psychometrics, particularly cross-cultural elements, and IWO psychology.
