Supervision for applied practice enhances the development of health service psychologists across career lifespan. This presentation compares and contrasts clinical supervision guidelines for four jurisdictions seeking to identify key tenets and areas for ongoing consideration for lifelong career development in psychological practice. Supervision that is competent, regulated, supported, and that occurs over the duration of our professional careers serves our profession and those we serve as practitioners.
