Abstract text:
WiseWork-C is a robust cluster of five projects funded by the European Union's Horizon Europe Research and Innovation Programme. With a wide-reaching network of 50 partners across 25 countries, the cluster is at the forefront of developing evidence-based interventions to promote mental and physical health in a rapidly evolving work landscape, particularly shaped by the digital and green transitions and the post-pandemic era.
To achieve this, WiseWork-C has already spearheaded several key initiatives. It facilitates internal benchmarks, allowing projects to share best practices on essential tools and variables within organizational psychology. The cluster also hosts informative webinars that translate complex research into practical examples, demonstrating the critical importance of mental health in the workplace through the concrete work of each project.
Within the cluster, a dedicated mental health task force plays a crucial role, providing a focused perspective and organizing key events. A core part of their mission is to hold symposiums where they present not only the initial results of the projects but also their overarching methodologies and key tools. A central objective of these presentations is to engage the audience in a brainstorming session on WiseWork-C's future lines of action. This collaborative approach serves a dual purpose: it allows for the effective dissemination of the project's findings while also building a community of followers who can help shape the cluster's trajectory. This reflects the group's proactive goal of becoming a leading voice in advancing workplace health.
