Abstract text:
Despite the growing interest in understanding the true science behind human emotions, as elsewhere, emotions have been largely overlooked in the field of psychology. Emotional intelligence (EI) is widely recognized as a determinant of well-being, resilience, and decision-making, yet most existing models emphasize cognitive abilities or personality traits without providing a clear pathway for applying emotional awareness in daily life. This study introduces and validates the Practical Emotional Intelligence (PEI) Framework™, a four-stage process (Recognize → Explore → Align → Lead) designed to transform awareness into actionable growth.
