This work focuses on masculinity and gender representations within educational and care settings for children aged 0-6, with particular attention to the psycho-emotional wellbeing of boys and girls.
From an applied psychology perspective, the study analyses how educational practices influence the early development of identity and relationships, affecting inclusion processes and the prevention of violence.
The poster will present concrete data and field experiences, offering models of intervention and good practices aimed at promoting gender equality, nurturing relationships, and counteracting stereotypes.
These models derive from consolidated experience in the management of educational and care services, from monitoring and research activities for national and international bodies, and from training programmes for educational, social and psychological professionals.
Participation in the congress represents an opportunity to highlight the contribution of our Institution in preventing violence and building inclusive educational environments that foster harmonious early childhood development.
The contents presented are further explored in the Infanzia e Adolescenza (Childhood and Adolescence) series — a scientific and editorial tool accompanying fieldwork, offering theoretical and operational insights on protection, early identity, listening, and respect for differences.
