Abstract text:
While applied psychology often focuses on treating symptoms of trauma and addiction, this presentation explores a less conventional direction: the therapeutic power of constructing emotionally restorative memories. Instead of only recalling and processing existing memories, individuals can intentionally create new memory experiences that support emotional repair, coherence, and resilience.
