The education of university students increasingly requires pedagogical practices and proposals capable of providing a comprehensive humanistic formation, developing technical competencies (hard skills), behavioral competencies (soft skills), and also the competencies of the self, the FOIL skills, which seek to identify and foster the natural potential of each student (Schaefer; Silva; Wazlawick, 2022). In this regard, ontopsychological pedagogy (Meneghetti, 2019), applied in the projects of the Antonio Meneghetti Foundation (FAM) and the Antonio Meneghetti University (AMF), aims to promote the development of the four autonomies — psychological, legal, economic, and social (Meneghetti, 2020) — among students, favoring the formation of autonomous, responsible, and fulfilled individuals. The present study aims to investigate how the projects of FAM and AMF stimulate the development of natural potential and the four autonomies of university students. This is a qualitative research, structured as a multiple case study, involving students entering higher education and benefiting from the aforementioned institutional projects. Data collection employed specific questionnaires and documentary analysis of reports. As expected results, participation in the projects of FAM and AMF is shown to strengthen student's understanding of their natural project. It is also understood that students demonstrate greater awareness of who they are and how they can develop these four autonomies, thereby achieving greater protagonism in personal, academic, and professional domains. It is concluded that the projects of the Antonio Meneghetti Foundation and the Antonio Meneghetti University, grounded in ontopsychological pedagogy, constitute a model of humanistic formation by fostering the education of young protagonists capable of acting responsibly, consciously, and constructively in their personal, professional, and social spheres.
