Abstract text:
Introduction.
In the last decade, quality of life (QoL) has seen constant ups and downs. The World Happiness Report 2025 by Gallup registered a fall in wellbeing in Northern America, Western Europe, Australia, and New Zealand with gradual decline over time, remaining under 50% in 2024.
Based on previously established relationships between primal world beliefs (PWBs) and QoL, the strong positive correlation between spiritual intelligence (SI) and QOL in various populations, and the SI - PWBs' convergence on meaning-making, resilience and well-being, higher levels of SI may promote more positive PWBs, improving perceived QoL.

Purpose.
The study aims to explore how the impact of spiritual intelligence on QoL is mediated by PWBs, respective of participants' generation (GenX, GenY and GenZ).

Methods.
We employed a cross-sectional design using data collected through convenience sampling from the Romanian non-clinical population (N = 840) to analyze a moderated mediation model through Multigroup Structural Equation Modelling with Robust Maximum Likelihood Estimation and WLSMV estimator in R.
Latent constructs were measured with Likert scales: SI (Spiritual Intelligence Self-Report Inventory, α = .89), PWBs (Primals Inventory, α = .95), QoL (Quality of life Inventory, α = .79).
Model fit will be evaluated using RMSEA, CFI and SRMR with bias-corrected bootstrapping confidence intervals to test indirect effects.

Results.
Data analysis is underway and will be finalized by the end of 2025. We expect a positive link between SI and quality of life, with SI enhancing positive PWBs. Since life experiences shape primals, it is expected that one's generation will likely influence how SI, primal world beliefs, and quality of life interact.

Conclusions.
Exploring an integrative model of SI, PWBs and QoL on three generations can aid in developing resource-efficient mental health prevention and treatment tools and programmes aimed at mitigating the risk factors which affect quality of life.
