This advanced workshop will focus on the management of challenging necks during EVAR. It will discuss the indications of CH-EVAR and endoanchors in primary interventions. This will based on interactive case discussions but also includes a carrousel of hands-on training focusing on the toolkit needed, how to use the endoanchors and how to carry out the procedural steps of CH-EVAR.

Learning Objectives:
• Name indications according to IFU for endoanchors in elective primary EVAR procedures
• Name indications according to IFU for CH-EVAR in elective primary EVAR procedures.
• Describe procedural steps and critical parts of endoanchors' usage
• Describe procedural steps and critical parts of CH-EVAR
• Recall and choose appropriate toolkit in CH-EVAR
