SESSION: Endovascular treatment of complex calcified/CTO lesions in fem-pop artery

This 2-hour workshop will focus on the management of complex calcified or chronic total occlusions (CTO) of the femoropopliteal vessels. Access options (antegrade, up and over, tibial), guidewires and support catheters as well as the use of bail out strategies (re-entry) are NOT included.
The focus of this workshop is how to treat a lesion that has been crossed and/or prepped, including the need for permanent scaffolds as well as the outcomes of the various treatment strategies after crossing will be discussed. This course is based on interactive case discussions including the evidence and clinical expertise but various hands-on opportunities will be integrated.

Learning Objectives:
•   Describe treatment options of complex femoropopliteal lesions including covered stent grafts, POBA, DEB, DES, shockwave therapy.
•   Develop a treatment algorithm for complex femoropopliteal lesions
•   To recognize/treat complications
