Non-invasive ultrasound examination of cervical arteries. No prior ultrasound experience required
This WS will teach you how to competently perform a carotid doppler-duplex ultrasound examination. First, you will be guided to differentiate between cervical vessels (ICA, ECA, CCA, VA) on human models. Second you will be taught how to validate stenosis (right angulation, aliasing, flow interpretation)in general
