The venues for EuARe 2026 are the LUISS campuses on Viale Pola, 12, and Via Parenzo, 11.

We kindly remind you that on-site registrations are not possible. Please be aware that access to university grounds is
limited to registered participants.
Make sure to pick up your badge before entering the Conference. Pickup points for badges are located at the entrance of both campuses.
The Conference Kit can be collected at the Information Desk adjacent to the Aula Magna of the Pola campus.

EuARe2026 Opening Ceremony
The EuARe2026 Opening Ceremony will be held at the Aula Magna in Viale Pola 12, 00198, Roma (RM) on June 30th, 2026, from 11 AM to 12 PM.
EuARe2026 General Assembly
The EuARe2026 General Assembly will be held at the Aula Magna in Viale Pola 12, 00198, Roma (RM) on June 30th, 2026, from 5:30 PM to 7 PM.
EuARe2026 Welcome Reception
The EuARe2026 Welcome Reception, including the “welcome
aperitivo” will be held in Viale Pola 12, 00198, Roma (RM) on June 30th, 2026, from 7 PM to 8:30 PM.

You can pick up your pre-ordered lunch boxes at the Pola campus from 13:00 to 14:30 at the Coffee Station.
The Coffee Stations will operate continuously from 9:00 to 12:30 and from 15:00 to 18:00 at Viale Pola’s Ground Court and Via Parenzo’s Aula Nocco. The Coffee Station will not be open in the morning on June 30th.
