Gianni Vattimo's proposal in relation to believing presents itself as the declination of faith according to weak thought. There is no doubt that the proposal maintains a profoundly fascinating level but presents an aporetic condition with respect to the very constitution of religious belief. In our intervention we want to analyze the dynamics of such believing to bring to light such aporias and show the feasibility, or otherwise, of Vattimo's proposal.
