Between the religious communities, the state communities and the international community, all of which have a legal content, there are profound differences that are even more specified by the different voluntary or necessary structure that distinguishes them.
Analysing the process of modernisation, at every level, we witness the proposition of a different model of community-society relations capable of integrating the individual into the new relationships charged with various problematicities with respect to the collective identity aimed at pursuing a common end.
