Postmodernism and religion or postmodernism in religions is a topic that opens up the sphere of important issues for believers and researchers of religion. Basically, the approaches to the correlation of postmodernism with religion can be traced in two directions: as their opposition and as a religion finds its place in postmodernism, which it was deprived of in modernity. In the interpretation of modern realities, they are more often inclined to the last position. One of the most obvious features of postmodernity is the provision of the possibility of returning to religion. What is the importance of postmodern from the point of view of religion? Does postmodernism offer a certain perspective that can be accepted and defended by a religious scholar? At first glance, postmodern causes a positive reaction due to the following: religion in the face of science and philosophy dictates, considered as the largest competitors or enemies of religion for centuries, can "breathe" a little with the help of postmodern arguments, take revenge from their rivals, declare independence and establish authority through the proposal of recipe for happiness. In a situation of the modern crisis, religion makes it possible to fill the worldview vacuum, completely taking on the endowment of life by meaning. In our opinion, this is precisely this motivated the religious revival (or, more successful definition - "growth of religiosity") in the society of postmodern. Thus, the growth of religiosity in modern societies appears to a greater extent as an expression of changes in the status, role, functions of religion and religious behavior. This condition can be interpreted with the involvement of the epistemological, ontological and sociological components.
