The data provided through this form will be processed by CMCC Foundation, Coordinator of the MAGICA Project, for the registration to the ECCA2025. We will also use your information to send you information and communications through our newsletter, unless you opt-out by ticking the specific box.
The provision of data marked with an asterisk (*) is necessary for managing and responding to your requests. In relation to such data, the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). During the event we may also stream and take pictures to disseminate our scientific activities pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The same legal basis applies for the registration to our newsletter.
For special categories of data, that will be used to provide you a safe and suitable service, the legal basis for processing is Article 9, paragraph 2, letter a) of the GDPR (consent of the data subject).
It should be noted that the user is free to decide whether to provide or not the requested data, as there is no legal obligation to provide them. However, failure to provide the data indicated as necessary will make it impossible to provide the requested service.
In compliance with the GDPR, the data will be kept for a period not exceeding the time necessary to achieve the aforementioned purpose. This period may be extended to fulfill the reporting obligations to EU authorities; after that, all data will be anonymized and/or deleted. All data will be disclosed and processed only by the authorized personnel of the Project’s Partners. Your data will not be transferred abroad to countries or international organizations outside the European Union that do not guarantee an adequate level of protection.
The CMCC Foundation has appointed ARZANA S.r.l. as data controller for the registration and support to the organization of the event.
