CANCELLATION POLICY AND NAME CHANGES

All cancellations are subject to the following penalties:
Up to June 16	100% refund
From June 17 to July 31	50% refund
After August 1 (and in case of no-show)	No refund

All refunds will be issued after the event.
Name changes will be accepted until August 30th.
Requests should be sent in writing to secretariat.wce2024@ega.it before the event starts

DATA COLLECTION AND USE (GDPR privacy law)

The controller of the personal data processing is Studio Ega S.r.l. Under the current EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) By registering for events organized by the ISEBTT, the participant agrees to the use of any personal data collected for the purpose of advertising, market research, or customizing offers by the ISEBTT. This consent can be withdrawn at any time by sending an e-mail to secretariat.wce2024@ega.it with the comment, “Change to my data” or “Delete my data”. To handle hotel accommodation and provide other services or fulfill a contract Studio Ega Srl might need to transfer personal data to hotels and to other third parties.

DATA PROCESSING FOR PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS

During the congress, photos and videos will be taken. These images are linked to the visual representation of those present, with the selection of those photographed being random. The images will be displayed on ISEBTT website and in print media and presentations. By registering for the congress, the attending person consents to publication in the manner described above without compensation. In individual cases, if the person concerned does not agree to the publication of his/her photos, please contact the organizing secretariat. Should the person not agree with a previously published photograph, we would ask you to immediately notify us by e-mail or phone with an exact description of the image in question. In this case, the image will be removed within a reasonable timeframe and will no longer be published.
