Submission deadline: ~~February 10 th 2022~~ Postponed to February 24 ^th , 2022.
Notification of the status of your abstract will be communicated within ~~February 28 th , 2022~~ March ~~6 ^th~~ 18 ^th , 2022 by e-mail.
After February 24th only posters will be accepted. (Submission deadline April 10th 2022 - Notification of poster acceptance will be sent within April 14 ^th ).

How to submit an abstract
Step-by-step guideline

Please note that in order to submit an abstract, presenting author must be registered at the conference (payment of the registration fee can be made later)

Your abstract must be submitted online, no faxed or mailed abstracts will be accepted.

Registration at the conference
After registration you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your code and password. WARNING: with these code and password , you can check your registration status or add, at any time, other services (eg. hotel booking, tour, social dinner), but THEY ARE NOT VALID FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Registration on abstract platform (different from registration at the conference)
This registration will allow you to create your personal account where all your abstracts will be at your disposal for any additional corrections until the abstract has sent.

Since you enter on the abstract platform you have 30 minutes to save and exit. If you do not complete the submission of your abstract, you can login again more times.

Please note that the text must not exceed 300 words. Before starting the submission, please prepare your document.

One picture/chart/table can be included. Image format: jpg (width 567px = approx. 15cm / height 151px = approx 4cm) - 300 dpi.

When you start the submission, you have to insert the title and the abstract' text in the blank fields making "Copy and Paste" form your document.
