Registration

Registration for the 45^th AIOP International Congress, which will be held at Bologna Congress Center (Piazza della Costituzione, 4, 40128 Bologna BO) on 19^th - 21^th November, 2026 is open free of charge to all AIOP Members up to date with the 2026 fee, and for a fee for Non-Members.

To be able to participate in the event, advance registration online is mandatory.

On the occasion of the Congress, on Thursday November 19^th, the Pre-Congress Course held by Dr. Joseph Kan titled "Anterior implant esthetics: the ortho-perio-restorative limitations" will be held.

Registration to these courses and to the Pre-Congress course is also open to Non-members.

DIGITAL ACCREDITATION
For this event we opted for a total digitization of the accreditation procedures on site.
Therefore, the personalized RECOGNITION BADGE with bar code, will not be distributed from the Secretariat on site, but will be sent by email once the online registration has been closed.

The BADGE must be printed, taken to the venue and showed at the entrance of the exhibition area for registering the access to the event. You must also use it to access to the plenary room where the scientific sessions take place.

It is mandatory to wear the personal badge during all the event, to read the barcode as presence proof on site and to show it to the control staff for access to all scientific sessions and to the following services:

In order to detect your presence, the Secretariat Staff will support you with the scanning of the badge barcode in the reading stations.

Inside the Exhibition Area you will find the desk for the collection of the congress kit. Inside of it, you will find the badge holder where you can insert the printed A4 sheet folded into 4 parts.

The registration fee does not include: everything not specified in the paragraph "The registration fee includes".

For cancellations within November 1st an amount equal to 50% of the fee will be paid, for cancellations starting from November 2nd no refunds will be paid.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Registration is only valid upon receipt of the payment. The payment should be in Euro currency Credit card payments (VISA/MATERCARD) are accepted only.
PAYMENT TO BE SETTLED WITHIN THE END OF THE PROPER DEADLINE (please check registration categories and relevant deadlines in the table above).

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

You can cancel your presence at the event or to social events by writing to the Organising Secretariat aiopbologna@mvcongressi.it.

Cancellation received within November 1^st, 2026: 50% refund.
Cancellation received November 2^nd, 2026 or no notice: no refund.

No refund will be given in case of no-show, late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early termination of attendance.
All refunds will be processed after the event.
