The World Farmers' Organisation (WFO), owner of the processing of personal data, processes the data provided by the interested people in compliance with the legislation on the protection of the processing of personal data, EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) and Legislative Decree 196/2003. By registering for the 2024 Annual Meeting, you consent to WFO process the personal data released in recording format and you agree to share them with co-organizers of the event and third-party service providers who assist WFO with the organization and management of the event, including Studio Ega S.r.l. which manages the IT platform. All parties involved are subject to contractually agreed conditions of privacy and security.

DATA PROCESSING FOR AUDIO/VISUAL RECORDING AND LIVE STREAMING

Photographs and audio-visual footage will be taken and live streamed during (part of) the WFO 2024 Annual Meeting. These images and videos will be published on the WFO website and shared in various media, including WFO publications, social networks, and the press, in connection with this specific event or for further institutional purposes and WFO communications activities. By registering for the WFO Annual Meeting, you agree to appear in published photos and videos regarding the event as stated above. Specific consent below is required for personal photos and videos.
