Registration for the 18th AIOP Mediterranean Meeting, which will be held at Palazzo dei Congressi – Palariccione (Via Virgilio, 17, 47838 Riccione RN) on 27th – 28th March, 2026 is open free of charge to all AIOP Members up to date with the 2026 fee, and for a fee for Non-Members.

To be able to participate in the event, online pre-registration is mandatory.

The Plenary Session, on Friday, March 27th and Saturday, March 28th is open for Dentist and Dental Technician.

Room capacity is limited, so we encourage you to complete your registration as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT: the official language of the event is Italian but the translation will be provided.

Digital Accreditation

For this event we opted for a total digitization of the accreditation procedures on site.
Therefore, the personalized RECOGNITION BADGE with bar code, will not be distributed from the Secretariat on site, but will be sent by email once the online registration has been closed.

The BADGE must be printed, taken to the venue and showed at the entrance of the exhibition area for registering the access to the event. You must also use it to access to the plenary room where the scientific sessions take place.

It is mandatory to wear the personal badge during all the event, to read the barcode as presence proof on site and to show it to the control staff for access to all scientific sessions and to the following services:

In order to detect your presence, the Secretariat Staff will support you with the scanning of the badge barcode in the reading stations.

Inside the Exhibition Area you will find the desk for the collection of the congress kit. Inside of it, you will find the badge holder where you can insert the printed A4 sheet folded into 4 parts.

Registration Fees

REGISTRATION FEE FOR DENTIST AND DENTAL TECHNICIAN – VAT 22% INCLUDED	€ 300.00
SOCIAL DINNER on March 27th at Grand Hotel Des Bains – VAT 22% INCLUDED	€ 70.00

VAT rate at current rate calculated on the basis of the current taxation upon payment settlement. The registration fee includes Earphones for translation.

The registration fee includes:

participation in the scientific event;
coffee breaks and lunches provided for in the program;
congress kit;

The registration fee does not include: everything not specified in the paragraph "The registration fee includes".

For cancellations within March 1st an amount equal to 50% of the fee will be paid, for cancellations starting from March 2nd no refunds will be paid.

In consideration of the high season, we suggest booking the hotel as soon as possible.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Registration is only valid upon receipt of the payment. The payment should be in Euro currency Credit card payments (VISA/MATERCARD) are accepted only. PAYMENT TO BE SETTLED WITHIN THE END OF THE PROPER DEADLINE (please check registration categories and relevant deadlines in the table above).

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

You can cancel your presence at the event or to social events by writing to the Organising Secretariat aiopriccione@mvcongressi.it.

Cancellation received within March 1st, 2026: 50% refund.
Cancellation received March 2nd, 2026 or no notice: no refund.

No refund will be given in case of no-show, late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early termination of attendance.
All refunds will be processed after the event.
