This panel engages the pioneering monograph of Peter Phan, Christianity and Migration: A Christian Theology of Migration for Our Age (Oxford University Press, 2025), which Shows the intrinsic links between migration and Christianity, reflects on the connection between migration and eschatology, and presents a new theology of God framing God the Father as the Primordial Migrant, God the Son as the Paradigmatic Migrant, and God the Holy Spirit as the Personal Power of Migration. Discussants include experts on migration and on religion and violence.
